Ridge line on the barn roof looks like it's sagging a little, and the wood paneling and kitchen are about 50 years out of date. And the house was built around some of the barn structural members.

Was wondering the same thing. Would not want to be the buyer who finds out after the sale closes, or a buyer or seller RE agent who misrepresent it.

So this raises a question... as a buyer you would want to verify whether something like that was permitted. Wouldn't going to the city/county to do so bust the seller?

I can over look the unfolded clothes left out on the beam and the chair, the dry cleaning hanging on the exposed rod, the OSB floor, and a rocker/recliner in the bedroom.
