This screams 'built by a tradesman/contractor type with no wife and maybe kids on the weekend' and obvious without using services of any design professional.
Workman ships looks very good, but lacking consistency in overall look and feel of the design.

If the plug in fireplace in the bathroom were removed that bathroom would be note worthy, with the open concept shower and tub. However I don't see mechanical equip to support that bath, only one very small elec water heater and something for well water. Evidently the plug in fireplace is the heat source for the bathroom.

Write up says baseboard heat and pellet stove, with central air. I only see baseboard heat in one room, and no evidence of central air. Immediately raises the question how did this pass any code inspection.
