Wow, the lot which is slightly smaller than the one on which his house sits is on the market for more than he paid for the larger lot with an 11,000 sq ft house seven years ago. That's nuts. The rich getting richer.

There’s some nice stuff, some over the top (the kitchen), some like an ikea or mall (the glass playroom). Plenty of crews made $$ there

Consider the "what else is available" side of this. This is the closest...and ONLY thing that was available in the last 3 years...and it doesn't say "champion"....heck its only 0.40 acres and looks like a John Holmes movie was shot there 50yrs ago and then abandoned.

So if you want to live in Seattle and you want this type of property...maybe $28 million is the price you gotta pay. Perhaps if you pay $8M for the land only part, it will still cost you $20M and years of construction to get you what Russell is selling?

He lives in Bellevue, not Seattle, and there’s several other places listed on Zillow. Stupid or dishonest is always a superposition with douchealot

Read the other day Medina has cameras at every access road into the community and they scan license plates. Anything fishy comes up it goes straight to the police to send a unit. Apparently they voted on it.
