The garage and screen door on the front entrance sort of ruin the overall effect

The vinyl sounding around back is just chef's kiss.

Original owner had to be in the masonry business.

goes with the vinyl windows complete with fake divided lights; painted alum storm doors paired w/ painted alum garage doors; concrete steps; 4:12 comp shingle roof w/ painted gutter; & token post light in midget size styled from a Thomas Kinkade painting. The zero landscaping really sets it off as a premium property.

Wow, I remember just a few years ago Bend seemed reasonably affordable. At least it was cheaper than Seattle.

My guess is that no one is going to bite at those prices. No developer can get their money out of that lot at the price they are asking. But, you never know. Some wealthy Cali type might buy it sight unseen, then when they get there, wish they had done some DD.

My wife is always commenting on those inane words in every. fucking. room! I say it should just be a "merge" street sign above the bed. Or maybe yield (if that's your kink)

The listing agent for the property is Spencer Hegenbarth, of RE/MAX Results in Onalaska, who told Bring Me The News that "we have had a ton of people reach out because of the sign."
Want to add another twist into the mix? The house is actually owned by Hegenbarth's brother, who he says is "loving it," and whose wife it is that actually makes the signs seen in the pictures above.
"They have a great sense of humor," Hegenbarth adds.

It's certainly an interesting staging choice.

I love what they did with the staging. Really sells the place.
