My guess is that no one is going to bite at those prices. No developer can get their money out of that lot at the price they are asking. But, you never know. Some wealthy Cali type might buy it sight unseen, then when they get there, wish they had done some DD.

Want to add another twist into the mix? The house is actually owned by Hegenbarth's brother, who he says is "loving it," and whose wife it is that actually makes the signs seen in the pictures above.
