The potential is certainly there. Looks like a decent neighborhood, too, based on the Google street view.

Does anyone know the detroit area? If you look at Oakman Blvd on Zillow you will see nearly every house is "estimated" to be less than $200,000 and quite a few under $100,000. Looks could be deceiving?

I'm guessing a lot of them are like this one: last major update sometime in the '70s.

I freakin’ bet I could get rid of them. Some well placed sulfur, and 24/7 Rebekah Black ‘Friday’ at about 100db ought to do it. And have their car towed for trespassing/abandonment if they have one. And an internet jammer of some kind.
