    Final test results, Kimi tops the sheet. I hope Kimi has a good year and puts the smack down on Fred. Red Bulls lacking or sandbagging? We'll all know starting in 10 days.

    hunt won his championship the year i was born. his lap time records stood for another 2-3 years. i only knew him from books (no f1 on tv the other side of iron curtain), but i knew he was my hero before i knew the man. kimi donning the gorilla suit and signing off as "james hunt" just proves that we all had the right hunch...

    this is a wonderful docu:

    Sheene and Hunt were hudge childhood heroes of mine. Signed posters of both of them on my bedroom wall. 1976 was a good year to be a British motor-sports fan. Sheene especially was a really nice guy too.

    Have Mercedes got the killer app this season?

    I'd really like to see Schumi (and Rosberg) fighting for wins with RB, Mclaren and hopefully Ferrari.

    Kimi was hilarious on TG.

    I've been saying this all along on another forum- I think Merc has the best car this year. Just gotta hunch.

    Panem et circenses.

    Make a good double-header with Brazil, Bernie pays the freight costs so efficiency of calender is cash not leaving his pocket. Timezone suits European prime time TV audience.

    Kirchner? Meh. At least he's not going to some place like....... Bahrain

    Great race.

    Massa = dead man walking.

    Some fascinating inter-team rivalry going on aside from the obvious Hamilton/Button one. Torro Rosso drivers fighting for Webber's 2013 seat as Force India guys are for Schumi's. Perez and the over-hyped Kobayashi. Senna and Maldonado with a seemingly competitive Williams.

    Be interesting to see how Vettel deals with not having a dominant car...

    Massa is definitely toast. I never thought he was all that good of a driver myself, was SO happy to see Hamilton take the Championship in the last corner in 2008. All signs look like its going to be Perez (which would be unfortunate for Sauber, as it looks like he brings with him a healthy amount of sponsors). I'm not sure that I agree that Webbo is done for 2013 though. He is driving much better so far this year. I'd love to see him back on the podium (and hopefully win a couple). And even though it was definitely both Button and Vettel's faults for hitting that HRT, I still don't know why they bother. No sponsors, no pace, and only TV time when they are getting lapped or crashing with someone else. Looking forward to Schumi making it further than a couple laps without incident in China, he (and the Mercedes) appear to have some pace this year.

    An enjoyable race for sure. Perez almost stole the show till he ran wide. Looking forward to China and hope it is a dry race. Wet races are always interesting and results are often surprizing. I do not think Ferrari has sorted thier car out in a week and will give it up to Fred for a great drive fo the win.
