1. GLP-1’s blockers are statistically better than anything else at getting people to lose weight and keep it off. The health markers improve massively for obese people on these drugs. What evidence do you have that they don’t improve health? This isn’t my opinion it’s based on overwhelming evidence. 2. What’s the most weight you’ve ever had to lose? Have you ever had to lose 100lbs? That’s a deficit of 350,000 calories while your body fights you most of the way down. 85-90% of people regain the weight they lose when not using these drugs, and diets unaided by drugs are less likely to result in as much weight loss in the first place. You insist people just need to eat less calories than they burn but that is something that is inarguably difficult to do based on the data. Yet you insist these people are mentally ill or weak. Your plan is almost completely ineffective based on the data yet you insist it is the proper way.
