Honestly, butte seems like it would be pretty nice. Good mtb, disco, maverick, bridger, lost trail. Some big mountains for a little bc. Georgetown lake and the pintlers... Not sure about the cancer though. I want a house on georgetown lake.

Contrary to the assumptions, we aren't loaded but we do live insanely frugal so all stars could align to find something that meets our blue collar lifestyle.

Let me get this straight. You aren't rich, but you own eight houses and you paid all cash for all of them. You split your time between Florida and North Carolina. You grew up in Tahoe and Mammoth but are still clueless when it comes to ski towns in the West. You take eight weeks off each winter and ski all over the West with your family. When you are not skiing, you go mountain biking or kayaking three to four days a week. Now you want to find a top secret ski resort in the West to move to but you still want to summer at your "mountain bike mecca" in North Carolina. You're going to build out your Sprinter van so you can ski all over the West. And you are doing this all with your teenage kids. Have you thought about starting a YouTube channel? Or at least Instagram? Preferably with matching jackets for the whole family. People will eat this shit up.

And why is everyone PMing this guy ideas? Is this TGR or is this Alpinezone? Where the fuck is Greg when we need him?
