I may give that swheat scoop a try, what trap works for those moths as I have lots of wool around?

Edit, I googled it and found some, looks like mostly sticky traps.

I already had the moths in the house but didn't realize it - they like wheat/grain products which is why you find them in your flour and rice. I don't think it will necessarily attract them but if you have them it gives them a lovely breeding ground.

Edit: Well I guess they are actually different moths. They looked similar to me so I assumed they were the same. You're probably fine if you've never had a cloth moth.

mama and 3 mountain lion kittens roaming our neck of the woods lately - saw them out and about walking our road yesterday morning - I had to warn Hot Tub Annie our 9 year old kitty to watch out or get eaten

This is Gus, he likes to sleep with his tongue out and climb screen doors.
He also like to try to hang out with the neighborhood skunks and is a slow learner.

    Thanks for the tip!

The first time he got sprayed we washed him with H2O2 and baking soda. He escaped while we were washing him and when we found him a few hours later he had blonde hi-lights from the H2O2 that lasted for almost 6 months!

The second time he got sprayed we didn't bother washing him, but he actually just cleaned himself and stopped smelling after a few days.

A few days? Wow that's great - must not have been a direct hit. Both my barn cat and house cat got sprayed in the same night (they were hunting in the garden together). I washed the barn cat with that stuff (douse dry cat in product, wait 5 mins, shampoo, rinse, dry) and left the barn cat to fend for herself as she'd run off back to the barn and it was dark. She must have reeked for a good month. Even transferred the smell to me a couple times that I picked her up (this was within the first couple days after she got sprayed).

I really like that product. I know a lot of dog people swear by that recipe you talked about and it makes sense for dogs since you have lot more real estate to cover but for cats this is perfect and nice to have on hand if you live with skunks. A lot easier than having to mix stuff up IMO.

Yeah - there's no looking for a cure at this point. The Vet wanted to do a multi-thousand $ scope of the esophagus, lungs.

I was more wondering if people had any luck with other ways of alleviating the respiratory distress. Read somwhere about inhalers??
My cat Pooh had asthma. We used an AeroKat "aerosol chamber" to administer an albuterol inhaler when he had asthma attacks or was having trouble/labored breathing (this was prescribed by a vet). Seemed to work well for us/him. Yeah, it was difficult at first when he was in the "What the fuck is this thing and why are you trying to put it on my face?" mode, but we eventually figured out how to go about it and he eventually figured out it made him feel better and stopped fighting it for the most part.

I don't know if this might help your cat or not, but it helped Pooh cat when he was having asthma related respiratory distress. Good luck man, hope your kitty feels better.

Use wire or paracord and tie the tree to two points on a wall or in a corner. And don't use the good decorations. Worked when we had a climber.

That and make sport of it using the squirt bottle.

This one started out as a scraggly little rescue kitten from North Carolina. She may be half white-walker.

Growing like weeds! Approx. 7 weeks old now. Marty's eyes are much much better since I took this pic last week. They are watery in that pic - look worse than they were.
    Knew Meghan was the prettiest.
    She is totally my mini-me.

Hope she’s not as crazy and a trouble maker...
