One our kitties went into cardiac arrest during his neutering, he's ok now, doc thinks it was as adverse reaction to the anesthesia. Did say a full cardiac workup wouldn't be a bad idea, or they could try a different knock out drug. The tests run about 700 bucks! No murmurs were detected by the doc before the attempted snip. Anyone dealt with this before?

How horrifying! I'm dreading having mine fixed - anesthesia is always the scariest part! Heck.. I don't even like having them vaccinated which I have scheduled for today (yes I know it has to be done for their safety but still I worry as I've has some major issues with my horses before).

    How old is your kitty?

Mine just jumped over them. They do capture some. I just use a big office type mat and shake it out occasionally.

I have one, works ok. I have it as the second line of defense after the raised bump mat.

Seems like the litter still migrates, gets kicked, thrown and other wise broadcasted all over the e mediate vicinity.

    Great clan there Boissai.

Get a green grass door mat with the stiff bristles. Maybe $6 at HD or Lowes. Works great. Simple to shake out. $40 for a litter box mat is insane.

We have one similar, plastic woven loops trap litter well.

Our felines, both rescues, Smokey is the silver tabby, Bandit is the tuxedo.

Smokey is a spaz with ADHD, tail is always in a question mark.
Bandit likes quiet and hiding, her tail is ring curved, flank tail.

^^ I could post the exact picture.

Mr. Kitty is very happy today. I have a fire going so the slider is open, it's 30 deg outside. He goes out for 30 min.
Then comes in and stands in-front of the fire. Comes to say hello, then back outside. Have not seen him so satisfied in some time.
He really likes the freedom to do as he pleases.
