Been wrestling with this, and the guilt is just too much. Much as I hate (HATE) MMP (don't get me started on what's wrong with the guy), I simply have to get this off my chest. I cheated. Yes, while I believe I could have won fair and square, I just didn't want to suffer the humiliation of losing to a telemarker (and not just any telemarker, but MMP). So I'll admit it--I rigged it. I've kept it a secret for years, but I have an identical twin brother. I had him in the same clothing standing at the BLT before we even got off the chair, and when MMP lost sight of me I just hid behind a tree. I feel great shame at tarnishing the maggot name and sacred ski-off tradition. Next week I will straddle slalom gates allowing them to punish my groinal area as penance, and I make the same promise that Jer did years ago to never post here again. Sayanaro.

Reading the 'Powder Day' clause on the website, it appears there is no way to get a discount on a ticket tomorrow. No VT'er break, other pass holder discount, mid week love, nothing! Anyone that spends more time than me there know a way to save a few bucks tomorrow?

I may have been a contender for this if I could see 100%. My eyesight is at about 70% right now, can't see contrast yet, otherwise I'd take a quick lap tomorrow AM. You can all thank me for being hospitalized last week for the storms. On the mend now though, please, please enjoy the snow for me!
