From that SLC sunset a couple weeks back. Totally ineligible for the silhouette MPC, sadly.

HOLY FUCK!!!! This might be the single best page in this whole thread. Fuzz, I'm diggin' that third shot, and the way you processed all three images looks great. Joe, keep doing what you're doing. It looks solid. OB, that was Burnside wasn't it? Nice. Wiibert, the pano is the shit.

People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

Awesome shot. I'm pretty sure I don't know how you did that (edit: oops duh!). We have tons of freight trains in town and passing through town and I'm dying to get some good train shots. I'm certain I won't capture anything that cool.

Awesome thread, gives me a lot to aspire to as I just got a DSLR after a long break from my old 35mm SLR days.
Any chance some of you guys could share the settings that some of the shots were taken with (shutter speed, aperture, ISO, etc) to help out the rooks?
