Heh - more what's inside than the buildings themselves. IMHO the Met and the Louvre aren't much to look at (we have IMHO a cooler I.M. Pei designed gallery here in DC - the East Wing) but damn, what's inside might make me consider going to Paris again....

So stoked to head to that side of the pond...

    5 days in London
    5 days in Paris
    3 days in Amsterdam
5 days in St. Thomas (wedding )

Anyway, if anyone has any must dos in London, Paris, or the Dam (or must don'ts, too), please send them my way.

Also, if anyone has any dives in St. Thomas they would recommend, would love to hear those as well.

    Switch Paris for Munich.

In Amsterdam, rent a bike !
Maybe it's just me, but renting a bike in Amsterdam is like trying to run across Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the 500.

I love how they only serve beer in the manufacturers own glasses, there are some really cool glases, and they make the Belgian beer even better.
I agree, though not much for the real heavy bar swill. I'll take a Stella in a company glass all day.

    Paris

Left bank Muse d Orsay Must see!!! In an old train station
    pompinno sp? (modern art museum)
    Also second the Luxumbourg Gardens.
Notra Dame We caught an evening concert on my first day in Paris.
also don't miss the Picasso Museum or the Rodain sp? house

    Amsterdam

I'll second the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum.
go to low key coffee shops off the main streets. Better hash there.
also the Heineken tour was fun. Plan on staying after for a couple 33ml drinks. Just play cards and people will leave you all their extra drink tickets.

    Best of luck

In Amsterdam, catch a show at Paradiso, and spend atleast one evening at The Supper Club.
