Got caught on my way back from ABasin. Hoped off at Bakersville and took the frontage road and got ahead of miles of stopped traffic.
Looked like 3 mangled cars. Hope the people are ok.

Amazing though. Dry roads and two huge accidents this afternoon. One near Copper that shut down I70 EB and the one by Gtown. There was also a multi car accident WB this AM near Bakersville.

People need to get off their phones and slow the fuck down.

Damn, 5.5 hours from Erie to Leadville last night. We were supposed to go on a hut trip today. Got word last night that the hut was recently occupied by a big group (of kids?) that all had norovirus and had to get "rescued" by SAR.

So after discussion, we all bailed on going to the hut.
