Sender 118 is the Black Ops according our rep, just consolidating the line ups.

Salomon QST X looks like a reinvention of the QST 118 but at 116.

Having seen that ski in person last year (right next to a 118) they look absolutely identical, minus 2mm.

- plastic protection on the sides of the dildo
- the back part of the brake housing appears to have a plastic cover
- the arms that connect the dildo with the brakes are slightly bend

I wonder if they give it the SF110 layup treatment - aka lower their swing weights a bit. The dimensions and stated specs are identical as you say.

The black ops 118 is gone, this is the sender free 118 and has essentially the same make up as the 110. The only black ops that will remain is the 98 and will be brought out as the "super black ops" name they started this year, still with a new retro graphic.

i should add that the current pivot will carry on as well according to my rep, the new pivot is only in 15DIN

This looks like a mess up and showing that they put Blank topsheets on the 118s for the pros... There is no cork damplifier to be seen behind that topsheet.

The QST X is 116 with a 17m turn radius in the high 170 length. Not sure if the top sheet info is accurate. The X is very obviously designed along the lines of the QST 118. Similar shape and rocker profile. Might be two years out.

Many of the athletes on the 185 and 194 Blank were actually on the QST 118. They didn’t save the mold in the smaller size.
