Passively or actively shaming gear junkies in the gear rumors thread. Give me a fucking break.

I want to thank Bandit Man and kc_7777 and everyone else on here who shares their impressions on all the skis they try. Really appreciate all your posts! Truly helpful information for those of us always searching for the next ski

Different-ish. E2 is just supercap this one seems to be super + battery.

They mention that it's two layered. I wonder if it's like a kiteboard strut where you have an inner PU bladder and nylon "shell"

Was having a chat with my friend on airbag tech and he made a really good point. That there are two lanes airbag tech should go right now. 1. Lighter through electronic tech, like this one 2. How cheap can we reliable airbags systems where weight is not the primary concern. SO that you can get more airbags into the hands of more people.

Is there a market for 5 variations of ~$1300 Otrovox Airbag packs between 26 and 30L?

I'm curious to see if there is a justification for the $500 premium for the Arc'teryx versions other than the dead bird embroidered on the back.

Once a year for a test and once a year for an “incident” gets you 25 years use?

Jetforce Pro is the same, imagine it's not the only one.

The real question, which of the 12 models has back-panel access?

You get a fan bag to play with it more then once a year for “tests” and once a year for “incidents.” Hell, we inflated my sisters BD bag like 10 times the day she got it.

So it appears that in addition to being kind of a dick, you're also bad at math?

But I appreciate the attention. And I'm definitely honored to be compared to banditman.
You know what the TGR collective finds useful? Someone who skis mens length skis.
What are you 5'7" and 165lbs? Your opinions on skis are meaningless for most of us.
I'm also a dick but good at math.

Snow in the Mecca 15/17/16, the low pressure bringing that snow is sucking the high pressure ridge from the eastern pacific (between LA, Hawaii, and SF) towards Texas. I can’t see past the 19th with my current predictions. I’m really bored at work so check back in a week.

As a step towards “letting the healing start” what are these new skis Ian Mc had on his IG today? Could it be that elusive 115-ish ski missing from the Volkl lineup?
