    Thanks for the inspiration!

It was pleasantly quiet across the mountain today. No more than a couple of minute wait anywhere. Sun cracked the high overcast about 1100. Weren’t many Crack-o-Nooners coming up either. Snow was kinda dense & wind beat in the rough, but soft and rippable on the groom. perfect for another training day...
Any Summit Chair action? Or is that scheduled to pop off tomorrow, weather permitting of course.

You can ski most of Mt Washington, but the crags at the top are not so ski friendly. It is best approached in the spring when the road to the Big Lake summer camp is opened. That will save you many miles of potentially snowmobile infested road skiing. From the youth camp you follow the PCT until you get to the springs just to the west of Mt Washington. I have done it 2 or 3 times over the years. It is slide country, so be aware as you climb the peak. I have only made it up to the crags once, because the the noon day heat melted the snow until it was above boot top depth.

Heading to C.O. for a little quick touring January 1-4th. How does Tam Mcarthur Rim looking? Tumalo? Bald Butte? Broken Top? South Sister? I'll most likely be doing all of these again.. unless I find a dream zone like I did with Dirksy on Southy a couple years ago...that is, until Pete came with his camera and skittle crew to poach it away from us. Lol.

Um. Who the fuck are you!!??? Maybe stop being such a snot nosed little twirp thinking you're hot shit by camping on TGR all day long and posting shitty humblebrags about your mediocre ability. Why the fuck do you care if I'm going to CO? What the fuck is a Chewelah? And I've never posted about any slut. And why would it matter if I did? Are you jealous or something? Go get a real life and maybe find a friend. Sounds like you dont do dumb shit...you ARE a dumb shit. Hahaha. Haha

    Go kick rocks amigo. 🖕

Skinned up the Glade and skied down Alpine yesterday. Was my first time out on my backcountry setup (Scott Scrapper 105, Vipec 12’s, Lupo AX115). Was a great day and had fun learning from a friend who’s been skinning for turns for years.

I feel like MHM should add one of these to the base area somewhere

Not too shabby at Bachy. Sun made an appearance around 11am

Someone wasn’t paying attention. No idea how he got wrong side down.

^^^there was a Ram w/ shell in a similar position Thurs PM in the weeds between Widgi Creek and 7th Mtn. looked like it performed a full rollover before ending up on its side.

    Maybe a Chrysler thing...

Silver lining regarding the massive wet slides that are gonna come down tonight and tomorrow ... if there is half decent snowfall the rest of the season then the spring corn touring season will last longer due to all the extra snow in the runout zones that will take longer to melt!

Santiam Pass forecast is 1-2” rain tonight and another 1-2” tomorrow. Should be some pretty impressive and easily visible slides on Jeff Jack and Wash!

Thru 5AM 3.75" of rain at MHM, with more on the way. I'm looking at going up Tuesday, as is every other Meadows pass holder...
