Not processing a refund on a NIB defective device is a step beyond shitty CS, IMO, but I digress. Apparently their QA is also shit, seeing as how I received two defective phones. I don't disagree that with your assessment that the MotoG phones have excellent specs for the price. Hell, that's why I bought the G3. But, if things go sideways, be prepared for it to be a huge PITA.
