they did the same thing to keep DC's MMJ industry nonexistent (only 1 recently opened MMJ dispensary there) for 11 years. Here's hoping they don't succeed.. DC Council has already started working on a framework for a legal industry there.

I have a grower. There is one being brought to the state through a Mass company with a local resident. The MA company can't open shop in NH but using the NH guy as a proxy works.
