[QUOTE=Eldo;3420964] Hell, it only took me one gondola ride at KH to know I'd never spend five minutes in the backcountry with Shadam.

I don't know why he has been absent here,
I'm not doing fernie, but he is doing both again.
I guess we'll hear more from him when he starts skiing.

Interested to see how the new lift at Fernie will affect terrain opening on powder days.

I'll keep my eyes open for Huckin, if he's still on the Pontoons he is easy to spot.

If anyone wants Rogers' beta, check on Wiilbert's posts in the BC Interior thread.

I'm dying of laughter here. Someone please post something from skiing today.

F2F, maybe Redskea will pipe up, but she patrolled at Panorama last season. Definitely picked a good snow year. Hopefully she can get something in Canada again this winter. A stellar maggot for sure.

Not sure though where Red the dog is. I know Trackhead down in UT dog sat Red for a season or two, but that was years ago.

Is it just me or did this not exist last year? It's especially nice to see the weather station data in there.

^looks like it's new for this year.

The WROD has been fun the past 2 days. Patrol looked pretty busy yesterday, carting and carrying people out of there left right and centre. Was actually pretty fun laying down edges, good early, and then getting pretty icy after lunch. I'll be back when there's more snow.

as for the new chair at fernie,
I think it will greatly reduce the wait for terrain to open as patrol don't have to hike polar peak to bomb. It should also reduce the need, if not eliminate the need for heli bombing. almost.
I dont think we'll see days waiting for curry or lizard bowls. cedar will still need the heli.

butt wot wood eye no ...

it will certainly add alota extremo terrain for fark all effort.
and RCR can now add a shit load more runs to the list !!!
all for a shity 2nd hand chair ... having said that, is it 2nd hand? and is it shity, oops ...

So which mags dog jumped in my car and ate my leftover hashbrowns at the trailhead at Bow Summit on Saturday?

BTW That dog is rad. I can't believe she still ate with all that hot sauce on them....

Ran into two other parties of two. Not too busy. It was also bony as hell.... Was at a party in Canmore Friday night and decided to hit that on the way home. Going to the Pass Saturday. Rave reviews floating around town about last Sunday.
