The tigers are a polar opposite of their team last year. The offense is unreal right now but holy shit does the bullpen suck balls. No one has stepped up to take the place of Jamie Walker and with Zumaya and Rodney out, its like Russian roulette once the starter leaves the game.

And once Todd Jones comes in and starts lofting BP speed fastballs, its over. He is fucking terrible.

Weird stat - Tigers are only 18-16 at home, but 27-15 on the road.

The sox are almost winning 2 out of 3 games. I go to 2 games (in a row) and they lose both. Doh! I've never seen so many runners get walked home before in the course of 2 nights. Small victory watching the scoreboard and seeing the Orioles pull out a 9th inning win over the Yanks. Also, I missed a home run ball by 3 seats.

You went to the past two games? I feel for you. Seeing Gabbard throw 40 pitches in the first inning was excruciating. If you go today and the Red Sox lose you are hereby banned from attending future Sox games!

It seems like a bunch of the good teams are struggling a bit right now. The Angels just lost two in a row to the mighty Kansas City Royals!

I think the major question in the NL is can the entire Brewers team all continue to have carreer years at the same time.

The voting in the All-Star game is a joke... there are usually 2-3 guys on each team that don't deserve to start.

Generally because for some ungodly reason, every team needs to be represented.

...or are they a young team that's coming together and is going to dominate the Central for the next few years?

Agree 100%. I guess this year its a little better with the requirement, as KC has Gil Meche, TB has Crawford, Pittsburgh has Bay... who goes for the White Sox, Buerhle?
