Any updates on snow and lake melt would be very much appreciated!

Beartooth skiing is totally going to depend on the Park Service. They are in charge of clearing the WY side and as of last week they had no funds and were considering just letting the snow melt naturally. If that is the case, by the time it opens, skiing will be shit! If it does happen a ski, fish trip would be great...some great golden trout natural fisheries in the Beartooth.

Dude, props to you guys for getting this far. The 192s sound money and $789 should be considered a bargain.

Someone who made an impression in Mammoth last Sunday was Tol, our intern and bro from Chamonix. He was bored to death skiing for the camera in Snowman's vid.
He wanted the frozen chunder up top. I pussed out for lunch on the deck at the lodge with erica z and the twins. People started coming in off the hill saying Tol was just straightlining everything up top, throwing 3's off rocks with considerable exposure and skiing chunk beyond the mach. He was riding a pair of 188 stiff ultrablemos with missing chunks of base and and the tips falling out. That's him cruising over the rocks at the end of Snowman's vid. He skis with a reckless (and fairly wreckless) abandon that leaves me thinking he's gonna lose it at any moment, but he never does.

His first day at Squaw, he said he found the fastest skiers on KT and asked if he could ski with them. So they skied all day. He introduces himself, asks the girl her name and she says "Ingrid.." I'm sure he'll be well-received at the Mammy mini. Cool dude.

p4b - I've been doing attachments. enlighten me.

i was talking about the 188 stiffs, not the 192's. My other pair of skis are a pair of first gen 198 Stockli DP stormriders and the bro's can match the mach looney speeds exactly the same with the same stability.

You're in if the snowpack holds. We had planned this last year but got too warm too fast. A buddy of mine has a show on VS (OLN) and we had planned on filming it for the show. I was going along as the ski talent (Yeah, right! They haven't seen me ski) and hopefully catch a few for the camera. So if you don't mind people all over the country with VS picking apart your casting and skiing, then you're in! Working on the details but expecting to base ourselves out of Red Lodge.
