Glad it's workin well. That's one sweet ride.

You may want to try moving the saddle forward a half inch and/or tip it back a hair. It's easy with that seatpost. I find I can't fully judge a saddle till I get it in the best position I can find. Likely it's still not the saddle for you, but if you can make it tolerable at least you could ride

Cause my old saddle can be just as bad...both are made for the male body, not mine.

I'm in the process of getting a nice new saddle for my sit bones.

    All will be well soon!

I'm sad this thread has been lost in the depths!

Saw rotorhead on the trail today. It was SO nice riding after work. A bit cloudy, perfect temps and lots of pretty colors.

Ya'll should join me for a quick ride after work before it just gets too dark.

hit up the Crest tonight. Delays caused us to not start until like 6. A couple mechanicals on the ride and having to go a bit slower due to snow patches and we got to the cars at Mill D just as it was getting really difficult to see. oh so fun though.

Good to see this thread back in action. I'd definitely be up for some after work riding on M/W/F. I was talked into joining a team for the 24 hrs of Moab, so I need to keep riding. We also have lights now, so I'd be up for some night riding too.

I'd be down for something later Sunday afternoon, i.e. mid-mountain. (Since my lame ass hasn't even ridden it once this summer. -in my defense, lots of other riding, but.....)

I work in Kimball 12-5, so either early morning or later afternoon....if that works for anyone.
This touchy-feely Kumbaya shit has got to go.

I'll be in the Uintas where all the snow is...

    In our nice warm cabin

I'll be riding next week after work, maybe two or three days if it's nice out.

I'll be riding a couple times during the day this week since I'll be on swings. If you want to ride give me a shout.

dammit.. i was gonna try to squeeze in a few daytime QT rides this week to start getting back in shape/get back on the horse...

new travel plans have now precluded that from happening.

maybe next week - if weather is still warmish.

I'm pretty much out when it comes to daytime riding, unless it's on the weekend.

Been riding shoreline/quarry after work lately. Anyone up for a crest ride this weekend? Maybe Saturday?

sooo...tomorrow might actually be the only day i can ride due to other randomness going on. but next week......still riding before 3. and the week after that, and the week after that....unless i'm skiing. that would sweet.

and hot damn i would love to ride the crest but it looks like i might actually -finally- go to Moab. like whoa. one of my best friends from back east is coming to visit for the weekend so we'll probly try to ride one day and hike the next.

anyone have any moab trail suggestions for taking a friend who bikes, but hasn't been biking much in the last year? or suggestions on where to rent her a bike?

Give me a call, my buddy who owns a shop down there will take care of you. When you going? We are going to start riding again very soon and will be down there quite a bit (I hope).

My suggestion is to not ride the Crest unless you like lots of snow and mud. I think it may be done for the year.
