    What's the over/under on lowland snow-induced Crustal attrition? 10%? 20?

Overnight snowfall was a bust. Good for me since the weekend shift FOMO was really killing me, but sucks for everyone else.

Quoted replies don't seem to be working. I should've reached out when the partner and I skied Mission Ridge a couple days this past week. Those groomers were truly beautiful. Having such a long, pristine groomer to rip down is a real treat for us Baker skiers.

On Android, if I long press the "quote" button and open it in a new tab it works for me.

A nice spackling of a few inches actually felt like a reset for the mountain.

Transition days might be the most fun to ski.

It was, and the light was fantastic too. The only thing missing was a double rainbow.

Lol. Outdated. Needs to update the time to be on road. . Showed this to my nephew from Detroit at 6 am on Saturday to show him the seriousness of the situation. Left at 7(1 hour head start), last spot in the lower lot at 8. Busiest shit ive ever seen. Lift lines started at the nordique centre. Im highly jaded yet I had the best day in years(fun, not conditions). He had his best pow day ever. Embraced the crowd and realised I kinda like riding with people. Especially people who's goggles dont fit. We did some laps with the SPAC kids to copy their style, park laps on daisy, and mobbed the groomers on brooks. Looked at Tye rock but it wasnt ready. Thought about corona bowl, but they had poles and caution circles. Found good pow next to grace lakes. More parking at alpental

    *95% true.

It snowed so hard yesterday from one to three it was almost zero visibility at times. Windy but not too much, just enough that it was spreading it around and everything was soft and the snow fetches were boot top.

The smattering of inches each day is starting to add up nicely. Yesterday brought some sun and plenty of time to stroll through southback

I&#39;m heading to WA in the next week or two, trying to figure out how things work there. Looks like some storms might be rolling through the area. I&#39;m planning to ski Crystal, Baker, and Alpental. Which ones are best during a storm, versus a day or two later (fortheactualskiingas well as driving - my vehicle is capable) ? Weekends versus weekdays? Also, not planning full backcountry days, but will have my gear and keen to exit boundaries if it seems reasonable. Does that typically require skins or bootpacking? Thanks for any info. Oh, and best places to stay on a budget, but not full on dirtbag.</p>

I’d post pics of turns in blower boot top on all aspects but this isn’t happening. Oh well

Really enjoyable skiing up at Baker ski area yesterday. No lift lines, banked slalom parties, chalky snow in the steeps, no crust on the sunnies.
