I am an 11 or noon skier most weekend days. Ski till Pali closes at 3:30. Haven't parked in the upper lot yet. Haven't really waited in a lift line yet. Most of the runs I'm in have no people on them. Country club skiing. Now if they'd just open the damn gullies, I'd be happy.

Skiing was good today. Surprised to see early riser full and people parked in high noon but I didn’t share a chair with anyone all morning.

Are you me? I do the exact same thing. Used to show up at noon and take one of the many open spots to avoid morning traffic and parking mess. I was able to snag an unlimited pass so now I can show up a little earlier. The country club feel is real too. At this rate I wouldnt be surprised if they make changes to parking reservations this season.

only thing I could think of them doing this season would be changing the carpool requirement from 4 to 3 but that seems unlikely at this point. March and April can just be so much different than January there, especially with ikon being limited days. I think they'/e going to see how that plays out and I am curious to see how it does.

I think a bunch of schools around CO were still out today, hoping they go back tomorrow. Copper had a busy feel today but skied great in places.

Be out tomorrow 9-lunch-ish. Bright blue Patagonia jacket, blue helmet, puke green pants. Holler

skied yesterday morning and things could use a refresh, maybe a little snow and some wind could work some magic until we can get back into a cycle. didn't ski terribly, actually still quite fun, its just getting a little chattery and a bit more firm in places compared to a few days prior.

Skiing today was fantastic. Only time we encountered anything that would be considered a lift line was when had to wait for them to use a snow blower at the Pali loading station around noon...a great reason to wait!

People were getting after it. Staff was all great. My grom said "they save the best lifties for the weekends I guess". GREAT interaction with Abasin staff across the place. Props to everyone there.

If this afternoon's traffic around Dillon is any indication, tomorrow going to be a total Charlie Foxtrot.

Today should be a good test for how crowded it can get up there. I'm diving in. See what happens. Reservation in hand, heading up at the worst time to head up, let's see what happens.

Didn't seem too bad today, but I only skied 8:30- 10:30 and they were almost to last chance around then. I did make the mistake of going back to zuma around 9:45, chair stopped 6 times and a very ikonic vibe back there. I knew better but I did catch a decent run in zuma bowl though. pali had a line for the first three laps then it chilled out. overall real fun skiing but I thought it actually skied a little better yesterday morning, maybe being less crowded helped with that.Did the open the wall today?

East wall never opened. MGD/zuma cornice skied great but yeah not great to lap with zuma chair. I wish they ran lazy J the other direction. I was on that slow haul on zuma. I think patrol was loading injured skier in sled onto chair.

Yeah, it wasn't bad. Arrived at about 9:00, parked in lower high noon, skied all day. Took it easy, first day back on skis in a while after surgery. Extended beer break w/ Endoo then followed my friend's kids around the mountain for the rest of the day. Lines were manageable all day, Pali got backed up a few times, I think they stopped it to run a snow blower, which is kinda weird. So lines got backed up.

EW never opened, maybe today. Roads were slick AF, there were some accidents. Snowed hard on and off.

nice, I won't be able to get out today but it looks like we have some more snow coming and I have Monday tuesday off. today (clearer I70 roads?) and/ or next weekend could be one to watch with regard to the crowds. honestly yesterday seemed like the right amount of people for them on a weekend

Skied 930-1230 today, barely any lines on Pali. Avoided BMX which kept a line. Been snowing basically since we left the mountain. Made the mistake of going to Silverthorne around 3:00. Total mess everywhere. Roads are pretty nasty in spots. Looked like one of those communtes back to Denver that causes people to quit skiing.

really really good day, took 'er bell to bell then had a beer in 6th alley which I paid for with an hour and a half drive to silverthorne. ah well, worth it. beavers and zuma never opened plus Len had a wind hold for a portion of the day which made for lines at pali but with the wind and snow doing its thing finding good smooth and soft lines all day wasn't a problem. tomorrow is shaping up to be another banner day and there will be some deep to find in what did not open yesterday so long as the winds cooperate. the gettin' is good right now. steep gullies did not open today either...

There was a semi stuck in front of the entrance to the lower lot when I left around noon. Caused a big backup of cars trying to get up. Great day, but my legs were worked from the last few before that. Headed back up today. Should be good yet again.

Man yesterday was another really good one. I was going up the beavers chair when patrol was pulling the rope out to zuma cornice and that was about as good as it can get back there, best zuma lap I have maybe ever had. My body is worked from these past couple of days.

I got a few laps in on the front side, my youngest ran out of steam early and I hung with her.

Trying to get out in the next hour or so. Looks really beautiful today.

Great cycle! If you're not whooped, you're doing it wrong.

Coverage looked good, it did not open today. Patrol started bombing upper EW around noon.
