This is a simple run down
    https://www.verilife.com/learn/how-to-make-canna-oil
The lecithin isn’t really necessary but helps if you’re not consuming it with anything else. I put it in my coffee when I’m not working and a little before bed is great

    I'd like to try that.
Just Google weed butter. My wife use to throw all the shake and stems from our grows into a big pot with a fuck ton of butter and let it simmer on low for hours. Once she was done she had green butter to bake with. Her brownies would knock me the fuck out.
Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

It’s a little more involved than that. Butter will go rancid fairly quickly. Coconut oil will keep for 2-3 months on the shelf. Decarboxylation is key to activating the THC so you get effects on first pass through the liver. Temperature is important during decarb and steeping the flower after decarb.

I tried CBD. Didn’t help and still had a weed hangover. Cannabis doesn’t work at all for me period. Melatonin makes me sick. I took ambient every day for probly 15 years. Just kicked the habit cold turkey because it was really starting to mess me up. I don’t work so the stress of having to sleep is gone. If I plan well (no phone, no booze, right food) I do get to sleep and especially that second wind of sleep in the early morning. I’ll probably get some more ambien next month for travel. I hope I can use it right..

4matic I think many people underestimate the effect EMF and active electronics can have. I turn my phone off and only my table lamp is plugged in.
I didn't really buy into it until things got really bad and so I tried it. Seems it helps especially with falling asleep. Staying asleep is another issue but the gummies do knock me back into a deep sleep which is now 2 to 3 times a night I get up vs at the worst 10 or more times.

    I wish you luck.

I think many people underestimate the placebo effect.

Are there randomized trials showing turning off your phone to reduce EMF improves sleep?

Placebo effect is real though, so if it works for you, great.

One thing that also works for me.. I have a big recliner in the bedroom for reading, tv, and computer. When I can’t sleep I just go in the reclining chair. I think it helps me get to sleep because I’m not trying to get to sleep. Make sense?

Phone and computer over activate your brain at the wrong time. I don’t think it has much to do with light. TV doesn’t have the same affect on me but it’s still detrimental

Been having to study a ton of case law recently for some additional professional development I decided to take on. Always late at night after I get kiddos to bed. Sure seems to do the trick to knock me out! I don't know how parents who decide to take on law school later in life pull it off. It's brutal! Haha.

Anyway, reading volumes upon volumes of boring ass stuff seems to be pretty damned effective. Probably better than Ambien or quadruple doses of Nyquil. I'll eventually drag myself to bed and I am OUT.

I’m not sure. It was decent flower too, not top shelf but I’d roll doobies with it all day. Like 22% total THC.

That's cheaper than Mexican brick weed that was half seeds and sticks cost when I was in high school. Which was a while ago.

I eat dinner, do some shit for a little while then stretch out on the couch to watch TV and a few minutes later I'm out. Almost without fail I wake up at either midnight or about 2am and I'm up for a few hours. I usually fall asleep again between 4 and 5am for an hour or two more. If I'm extremely active during the day I tend to sleep through the night but even those really long days of 20 hours or more don't knock me out for more than maybe 6 hours.

I was waking up between 1-2am, no matter when I went to sleep. A low dose of Trazadone helps me sleep until about 4am.

Always awake at 2am here. But instead of waiting for sleep to bless me, I take half an Ambien (5mg, or whatever amount I choose), crush and dissolved under my tongue.

Same concept as Intermezzo, works the same way. And works quickly it does.
You can use Trazadone the same way, just a bit more volume and poor(er) taste.

My doc gave me a script for Intermezzo, but they're pretty clear on not taking it if you have less than 4 hours left of bed time.

I never looked at the clock before, to see exactly when I was waking up, but as it turns out, on those morning when I have to get up at 6am to work my 24, I wake up somewhere between 4:10 and 4:45. and then never get back to sleep. Which sucks giant donkey balls

and its the same no matter what I take. Tried different things and kept notes for a couple weeks. No sleep aid? Woke up at 4:38. 5mg Ambien? 4:10. "Time release" melatonin & valerian, (supposed to last 6 hours)? 4:35. 50mg Trazadone? 4:28. 50mg Benadryl? 4:45 Somehow I woke up EARLIER with (almost) every sleep aid I tried, than with nothing. I'm ready to give up.

    Insomnia

I’ll break a Benadryl in half if I can’t get back to sleep but only have a couple hours or so left for alarm

No. True insomnia doesn't GAF what you did prior. It's really fucked, and when you wreck yourself physically trying to defeat it, only to lay in bed still wired afterwards, it gets hellish.

Extra stress lately at work? Or just pressure to get some sleep cause you know you’ll run all night? Are you guys on a Kelly?

    ^this

Big days sometimes make it worse.
I can get to sleep for a few hours if I'm exhausted, but I'll wake up earlier and more wired than usual sometimes.

I can always fall asleep but sometimes i have nights or streaks of nights where I'm up and can't fall back asleep. A .25 Xanax and a half hour later I'm out. I'll only do it if there's enough time for me to get 4 hours sleep after taking it. Leaves me a little groggy first thing but way less than if I'd been up the whole time.
