Stevens was a nice surprise this morning. Seventh provided some great turns first few runs followed by nice chalk to follow. Still need a few more feet though. Hopefully the forecast can make some New Year’s resolutions for more pow.

I was was thinking of hitting Stevens after lunch yesterday but damn! $169 for a one day ticket? I took my skis for a walk instead.

At some point will day ticket and season pass prices converge?

Good for you. Don’t let them get away with that. I can’t believe anyone would pay that even to have the mountain to themself on a powder day.

People pay more than that to see a Broadway show or a professional sports game, both of which are over in a few hours or less.

You’re going to pay more than that per day on your trip to Utah

Elisa got us down to $78 per person. But yeah point taken. Also there are two trucks listed by owner for sale on Wenatchee Craigslist right now for over $75,000. That’s more than I paid for my house. Something is not right.

House? Isn’t it a one bedroom condo?

And it was a lot less than $75,000. Yeah it’s a bit of a hedge against inflation but like I said something is wrong with inflation right now. Negative savings is what it is. If I put a New York trip on my credit card with a couple broadway shows, then head over to Snowbird where I have on slope side lodging but I’m a captive guest and I drove down there in my new truck (which I’m already upside down on) what’s another $169 x 5 on my already bloated credit card bill?

This thread needs more stoke. I've spent nearly every day the last 2 weeks skiing though I'm terrible at remembering to take pictures. Get it while you can is the name of the game right now.

Strong work Ey Allen, and agreed we need stoke. I’m finally completing the family holiday marathon and looking forward to rejoining the search for the good snow
