The list matches 'wisevoter' website. No idea where they get their content. It is not particularly transparent: https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/wisevoter-bias/

It's just a comprehensive list, however quite a few of those are wealthy AF. And you're a moran if you didn't know that. You haven't lived til you've jumped dunes in a gold-plated G Wagon. Seriously, though. I've been around much of the region (unlike most of you here), and some of the wealth I've seen is just obscene. Completely next level. Some of these countries have ZERO taxes, completely paid for healthcare/university, and when you get married, the government even sends you nice phat check as a congratulations!

So yes, you moron. Many of these countries could absolutely afford to take in a couple refugees if they wanted to.

It’s been discussed in this thread, but here’s a reminder: https://abcnews.go.com/International...gaza-104083766

We’ve also discussed the more practical reasons Egypt wants to keep out people likely to join the Muslim Brotherhood.

I’m not saying any of the above is moral or strategically sound but regardless…

Additional context: These were Jewish protesters supporting Palestinians. They staged a sit-in in the Capitol Rotunda.

"massive crowd of anti-Israel protesters" protesters are Jewish Voice for Peace, I don't know much about that organization.

I’m not going to pretend I know anything about them either. This is what they say about themselves:

Just wanted to clarify because reading a lot of the headlines you could get the impression that this was a bunch of Muslims recreating Jan. 6.

Yeah. The Kyrgyz people can be pretty cool. I've been to Uzbekistan too and honestly was treated well there too although their government "officially" was more hostile, but ended up being pretty friendly in person. I'd love to go back to both countries someday to ski the Tian Shans. Now THOSE are some mountains! Makes the Rockies look like nothing. Lol.

This is not Waterloo or Gettysberg, they’re not going to line up in a gentlemen’s fashion. And it’s not even Iwo Jima or Hue,, it’s 10 x worse, see ISIS.

The whole “rules for us, not for them” is horse shit. I think it’s bigoted to assume they somehow are not an even match. On the contrary.they’ve been preparing for a decade, digging and supplying, and now Israel is to supposed to forget about it all, or walk into a death trap.

(Actually, I guess she’s concerned about Jan. 6, she just thinks it would have been better if the rioters were successful.)

How are the Palestinian refugees going to get to any country on your list? Are they going to fly? Catch a steamer? With the exception of Jordan and Egypt they can’t just walk there.

You seem to be really excited about this whole thing with your dramatic gotcha style posting. Do you think no one else knows the history here?

There are people here that have been to the region. I’m one of them. I wasn’t some contractor war profiteer I was on the ground in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait and Bahrain.

So yeah, I’m with the Brit here, you’re an emotionally driven reactionary moron. Maybe slow down and breathe and think carefully before you post your next lecture on Middle East history, politics and military strategy.

Yea the agenda driven media includes BBC, Reuters, and NPR, my regular sources for news. I just cannot fucking stand the repeated reports that say.

"Hundres were killed in a stri-.... explosion at a Gaza hospital." -Direct NPR quote
"President Biden states he believes the Israeli claim, but has not provided any evidence." and then the Hamas claims are repeated as fact without any qualifications or evidence.
Even still they (the usual media sources I look to) are just repeating what Hamas officials are saying about 100s of dead.

Reuters described it as more horrific than the Hamas attacks on Israeli civilians.

    Total fucking bias.

    I am absolutely disgusted!

    Dresden as a mission, no.

Tokyo as part of the strategic bombing campaign, yes...

But I agree the comparo is not applicable to the current conflict.

With all due respect, how are African, Syrian and South American asylum seekers in the US by the millions? How are African and Syrian refugees all over Europe?

Don't tell me that people can boat across the Med or the Atlantic, walk through the Darian Gap and get transit to the US border but somehow getting transit through Arab states is inconceivable...

The answer is 100% the Arab states and Hamas will not allow the immigration to occur and no state is willing to accept Pali refugees.

It is not Israel that keeps them from leaving, except into Israel.

If by his theory countries should allow free access to refugees due to a combination of their religion/wealth

Why is he so down on immigration of Central/South American Christians into the USA - 63% Christian and 8th highest per capita GDP?
