    Enjoy Tacoma loser

Did you know that the Wenatchee metro is all of Chelan and Douglas counties? This includes Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee, City of Chelan and Manson and some smaller locales that are filled with luxury second homes and wealthy retirees. Surely someone as smart as you could see that that affects the overall picture when you talk about median home prices.

I just looked at their website and it says that their average base depth in the winter is between 20 to 35 inches. Yeah, it won't take much warming to wipe that place out.

That’s been the average base depth at Mission Ridge for over 50 years. Eventually it will be untenable but not in my lifetime

I'll tell you what, places like maverick need more support. Ppl killing themselves in the red doing it to keep small cool hills alive. Buy a 45$ ticket. Get a hot dog and a beer.

    It's still all your fault.

Snow Creek is a hidden gem on Epic... even has the old chairlifts from Berthoud Pass.

As that article points out, from the beginning of any of our lives, to 2010, Wenatchee had below average cost of living. Then from 2010 to today, cost of living rose as fast as anywhere in the nation and now is above average. Multiple factors are at play. The explosion of wealth in Seattle. The explosion of the tech industry in Seattle, and it's propensity for work from home jobs. But I believe social media hype played a roll as well. Prior to 2010, Wenatchee wasn't on people's radar. Now it is.

Some places aren't as high risk for Bendification. But Wenatchee, being less than three hours from Seattle, was always a prime candidate. I give Unicorn shit because he smugly assumes that Wenatchee is immune to these forces.

Wenatchee isn’t immune and you’re not telling me anything I don’t know. The picture you paint is incomplete though. I expect nothing less from a pedantic twat.

Conundrums post in this thread almost brought me back to TGR. OVer-your-head awesomeness, followed by several witty comments.....but alas the dumb libtards trying to suck each other off before the the other libtard sucked them off has driven me back into obscurity......

I’ve been eyeing Wenatchee since high school, like 40 years ago. I moved here in 2003, I saw a job opening and didn’t think twice about leaving the Bay Area.

We’re all tourists in this galaxy my friend. Sometimes we just need a little help from a tour guide.
