Germany has stepped up and the SWIFT sanctions are creating massive bank runs in Russia. Lord Pootie Poot has seriously miscalculated not only Ukrainain and European resolve, but that of the entire fucking world.

It was originally reported by the AP after an exclusive interview with him. He has since clarified that fighting around the city was still going on and that the city has not been cut off. However, civilians cannot leave Kyiv due to curfews.
