    it may have been route selection but friday was one of my better days in years. idk wtf the weather was doing but the snow was there

    I worked in the valley today. Rain and 36 in Kellogg/Pinehurst starting at 1030. Glanced at the webcams off and on, looked like snow all for what it’s worth. Looked good to me and if I had the day off I’d be rolling up.

    Powder Tuesday did not disappoint: very poor skating conditions at the (extra) foggy basin today. But braille or not, the goods are out there.

    Silver was pretty epic today. Wardner served up fresh lines all day, felt bottomless due to excellent light stuff on top of an almost springy firmer layer. Small squall around noon plus winds refreshed a lot of the lines then the high fog cleared at 2pm to scope out great turns on what was left.
