    UFC

Till makes weight at 169....what’s he weigh now? 182? How bout fight time....190?

Agree with Ras...T-wood has TONS of power, but if dicks around (like he’s been known to do), size and length favors Till.

I’ll be interesting if T-Wood comes to bang...but Till comes to decision win....as part of his decision tactic, Till could pick him apart.

Who is going to pay for this one? One title fight featuring the champ who bored everyone to death (Woodley: owner of record for least punches thrown in a five round title defense) in his last two fights and then four fights that would barely raise an eyebrow on a Fight Night event. WTF. Watered down is putting it mildly. I guess Dana White's opinion of Woodley's draw is so low now that he's not going to waste any good matchups on this event. If Woodley gets knocked out, we can only hope there's a camera on Dana to catch the expression on his face as the welterweight class turns back into a moneymaker.

Well congrats to Woodley. I agree with neckdeep, not a big fan. But he got it done

I didnt pay for the event either, was not that stoked on the card. watched some of it at the bar. Real nice K.O. by Andrade in the "co" main event, that was a pretty exciting fight. Less than 1 round though. And the Zabit fight was boring before that

We were going to order it, but the wife got off work late.

Prelim fights were really entertaining though.

I was very relieved to be wrong about that fight, I much prefer decisive victories to decisions, especially in championship fights.

I hope Till goes straight to middleweight, it's unhealthy to remove most of the moisture from one's body, it likely makes one more susceptible to KOs because is messes with the balance of chemicals in the brain, which is made mostly of water.

Rumble Johnson used to kill himself cutting to welterweight, but he was at his best once he fought with more meat on his bones.

Pretty good night of fights in my opinion, but yeah the PPV could of been better...figured since I’ve already paid 3x as much in fees & shit for the McGregor/Khabib fight fuck I’ll order it lol.

Till broke my heart but definitely a Woodley fan now. Felt bad for Karolina, how the fuck does a 5’1” 115lb chick generate that much power? Crazy!

There were some bloody brawls on the prelims that were pretty entertaining. Two kneebars in one night was kinda nuts too, think they said there had only been one other knee bar in all of UFC history?!

    In Russia next weekend...

Yeah, that was shocking. Of course, Andrade used to fight at bantamweight.

Jones is back, I feel bad for DC, he's gonna get beat up one last time by Jones to end his career.....terrible IMO

Hope D.C.'s ego isn't more powerful than his greed. Green for the money; fight Brock and shut'er down.

Numagomedov vs McGregor is really intriguing, Khabib tends to rush in, which is tailor made for Connor's counter punching, but if Khabib gets a hold of him, Connor is going to get all the sass ground out of him. I really hope for the latter.

McGregor seemed a bit strident at the press conference; I think he's nervous, he even qualified his prediction of a first round KO, saying that he'd been wrong before (thank you Nate Diaz).

Not even surprised that Nate Diaz doesn't know how to spell "division"

I'm never not puzzled by the affinity for the Diaz brothers. Sure they come to fight, but they're both mid-tier (maybe bottom of top tier) fighters.

Their fights aren't particularly exciting. They get knock outs, but it's like death by a thousand cuts rather than a Rumble Johnson/T-Wood devastation. They're versatile, but a poor man's version of Jones or Dillashaw. There's prolly 10-15 fighters in their own weight classes I'd rather watch.

And their schtick is getting old: we're gangsta and smoke weed...fuck Dana...blah blah blah. It's not even fun anymore...just sad. Maybe if they practiced and fought as much as they smoke weed and talk shit, one of them could have been champ by now.

I don't think there's too many divisions; I wouldn't mind if they made divisions:
    Flyweight 125 lb
    Bantamweight 135 lb
    Featherweight 145 lb
    Lightweight 155 lb
    Welterweight 165 lb
    Super Welter. 175 lb
    Middleweight 185 lb
    Light Heavyweight 200lb
    Heavyweight 250lb

It adds one...but, to me, they make more sense this way. 15 pound jump b/c, if you're gonna have "heavyweight" in the name of the title, you should at least weigh something. 250 b/c, past that, aside from Brock Lesnar, they are just slow, fat slobs that gas by the end of the first round.
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

Bellator 206 this Saturday, stoked to see Rory McDonald vs Gegard Mousasi in the main event!! Rampage Jackson vs Wanderlei Silva could be good, or it could be two old guys staggering around for 15 minutes lol...

when can start talking about next weekend?!?! Leaving for Vegas Friday morning & hoping the line for the weigh ins isn't 20,000 deep, not sure my liver can take another fight weekend in Vegas but gonna give it a go anyway

Always like seeing the Red King fight...I wish he woulda stayed in UFC; he just didn't match up well with Lawler. Two of the best fights you'll ever see though. But Mousasi might be a bit too large for him. Should be a good one!!!

Love seeing Silva throw bombs...but he's a little punchy lately; Rampage will be out of shape and fight like he's bored...then he'll collect his check. Too bad, his fights in Pride were legendary!

Has anyone seen the Quintet matches? Great BJJ action.
No gi, sub only, king-of-the-mat style team-based tournament. 5 per team, no individual weight classes, but the entire team has a cumulative weight limit. You enter a lineup for your fighters, and you’re pitted against another teams lineup. You win, you fight the next in the line. At the end of time, if there is no sub, both fighters are eliminated from that round.

    perfect!

Super excited for Quintet 3 on Friday night, got some decent seats and it looks like a pretty small venue so hopefully we are close to the action. Not going to lie, excited to see the California Kid lol
