DD I would be stoked to share a meal with you in Vegas during fight week...

Looking forward to UFC226 as well, couldn't justify $800 for nosebleeds so probably just go to a viewing party. Saturday night should be insane, hopefully my liver holds up

I got Stipe by decision and Holloway finishes Ortega by the 3rd

What the fuck was Gianetti doing in the 3rd round?? It was like he gave up or something.
The few shots he threw, he threw half assed, nothing with any bad intentions, plus he was holding his hands super low, and taunting Trizano?? Looked bad for that kid. Then during the decision, he pointed at Trizano like he knew. Kid threw the fight or something?? WTF was that?

oh well. Excited for the card tomorrow night

    Agreed about Gianetti...weird.

Adesania was impressive; five rounds of solid strategic effort dismantling Tavares...looking forward to watching his rise through the division.

Holloway looks to have CTE and not just concussion symptoms, imo. I wish him the best and it would be great if everything clears up and he's completely ok to go again, but those symptoms pre-fight before weight cut starts were pretty dramatic.

Fun night at Pearl Theater last night....$500 for the wife & I plus $200 in booze 😀

$300 for the UFC226 viewing party tonight, definitely not a spectator sport for the poor lol

Got to meet some fighters & the man Bruce Buffer after the fights. Met Kevin Lee, Darrin Till & Sean Shelby. Till is a god damn gorilla 🦍

Edit: oh shit I forgot I met Mike Goldberg & called him “the other Joe Rogan” he chuckled 😊

Unbelievable - Daniel Cormier TKO'd Stipe in the FIRST round.
Light heavy/Heavy Champ. Staking a claim on being one of the greatest ever, for sure... trying to find a link to the shot that did it - big left hook.

Great card; D.C. double champ, unreal. Didn't think he had a chance but damn, smart fighter.

My favorite fight was Ngannou vs. Black Beast: only fight I ever saw where the ref was the clear winner.

Herb Dean; they shoulda raised yer hand.

Fight night tomorrow!!!!! Really stoked for this card...

Thinking Poirier gets the decision over Alvarez, I don’t think Dustin finishes Eddie

    1000% Stevens finishes Aldo

Hopefully Joanna get her face smashed in by Torres 😁

Aaaand McGregor vs Khablob in Oct in Vegas is looking more realistic now 👍🏻👍🏻

Time for Eddie to retire. Too much CTE to remember basic rules in fights; illegal knees, now the 12 to 6 elbow.

    Disappointed.

Props to Aldo. Not a fan but damn, wise fighter with that liver shot. Don't see to many of those landing with precision and bodies crumple like Stephens's did... ouch.

Fight day!!!! Stoked for this card....

Cub Swanson back in action, & Johnson vs Cejudo 2 should be interesting.

But really looking forward to Dillashaw Garbrandt rematch, I am rooting for Cody but I think TJ finishes Cody again.

But the biggest news of the day is....

Aaaaaand the fucking 209 is back

Go Garbrandt but I think T.J's got more tools...

wonder if mighty mouse is gonna give another spectacular finish with a flying arm bar or something?

DJ fought hard but Cejudo was unbelievably strong.
    Great fight.

    I expected more from Cody.
    What a blow.
    I like the guy, too.

How anyone likes neck tat is beyond me; his interviews have been cringeworthy and he has the fight IQ of a turnip. Glad to see T.J. win again: dude’s a warrior, fights smart, and makes adjustments during fights. He’s not flashy or a pretty boy, but as a fighter, he’s a great champ.

DJ was a good champ, but it’s good to see it get mixed up a bit. I’m down for a trilogy! I was glad Cejudo say: this is great...but Olympic gold is the most important milestone.

Feel bad for Cub. He works his way up the ladder....only to fail. I feel his role as potential contender is over.

    Not crazy about neck tattoo.
And I wasn’t talking about Cody as a fighter, but as a person.
He does a lot of charity for kids and seemed genuinely a good person.
Those are good enough reasons for me to like someone.

^agree on all points....Faber needs to change things up at TAM, Cody didn't seem to fill in any of the holes in his game & TJ fucking exploited all of them lol.

Nice to see JJ Aldrich get the W, training with THUG ROSE paid off for sure.

Not sure if any of you have been watching Dana Whites Tuesday night Contender series but Greg Hardy is fighting again Tuesday, dude had a devastating KO in his first appearance.

And his second. Whether MMA, football, or...ummmm...other things, the guy certainly has a penchant for violence!

Is Cejudo the first Gold medalist/UFC champ? Pretty cool.

^^I believe so...Rhonda Rousey won a Bronze medal & Daniel Cormier won a Silver medal (I think)
