Wholly shit. Hah.
This one wasn't in the contest but....
This print file is somewhere out there.
Seriously, this can’t turn into yet another ON3P thread....

Holy shit all of those are brilliant
the ferrets are awesome
I'd really like to see the fish sticks make a comeback. Those were on the same level of "ugly" ( basically awesome in a weird way) as the Grizzlycorn.

^^^ Those are absolutely amazing! That on top of a veneer would be crazy.

Yeah those kids have the pooter skills and way too much time on their hands
The cats and the paint huffer will sell but the world needs the men in their underwear posing with skis. Dildos is a compromise.... go with the dildos
to have a break in the regularly schedueled ugliness programming, i feel obliged to post my out going eagles. ON3P really hit the nail on the head with this graphic imo, with the 2019 one potentially being even better.
I cannot wait to go skiing again. While i have already made the changes to my quiver that it will see this year ski-wise (if not yet binding-wise), i am very excited to ride wren vs kartel 108s back to back some more. While i love my wrens and they are my all time fav ski, i have recently thought the kartels would still be my preferred one-ski-quiver if i could have only one ski - albeit in a stiffer version than stock to add a bit more umph and high speed stability. As such, has anybody any experience with custom stiffer Kartels? It will be a project for next summer at the earliest, but still it would be interesting to get some feedback.
And TahoeJ - did you ever get around to weigh your sublime new kartels? I am also very interested in hearing how they flex - meaning are they a lot softer than regular kartels?
i have K98’s w/ wood veneer and extra carbon, setup this way for the same reasons you’re considering. They’re my DD’s when groomers are about all that skiable. It gives them more stability, stiffer fore/aft and they perform more like an All Mountain Ski and less like a park ski tweaked for All Mountain. They’re a blast on groomers and low tide days, hold an edge well on ice, have all the pop I want, they do well enough in chopped up resort fresh if it starts snowing (I ride my BG’s if there’s any new snow). They are just a lot of fun to ski. I rode a friends stock K98’s for a few runs to compare, and I much prefer my setup, given how I ski.
