I probably would too, even though I have never skied a monoski.

Two, 200mm* Monogoats. Dual purpose Tahoe Skis. Summer in the lake and Winter in the mank.

    *What's the perfect width monoski?

Due to this conversation I'm actively searching for a cheap monoski to pick up and rip this spring and summer. Surprisingly (or not so surprisingly) difficult to find. I've never skied mono before either but it looks like it would be the tits for corn.

$2000 for an AeverDesk? If I was flush, I'd totally do that. I got some sweet redwood pieces laying around.

Like Abraham, I am interested in rocker profiles, post pics of desks!

I bet you could make a “Scott” monoski and Scott USA would be like “whatever, who cares about that shit?” ;-)

Moved up from the 2016 184 to current 189. Ordered Tuesday. Had them by Thursday. Friday night mount and on the hill today.

    Definite cold-dead-hands status.

Took my new 189’s out today, too. Have been skiing my 2014 186’s previously. 189’s are the “half-step” I have been after. Way easier to ski than my SuperGoats but still a bit more stable than the 2014’s.

I saw more on3p on the hill this morning than ever before. Saw some jessies, wrens, k108s, BGs, and Jeffreys. Good spread.

I’m at T-Line a lot on my wood veneer K98’s (they get LOTS of compliments) or Billy Goats and the wife is on her Wren 88’s with a Billy Goat Topsheet. Say “hi” if you see us! We were at Ski Bowl yesterday afternoon/evening. I saw 2 other people rocking ON3P’s there too.

Zac - Would have been fun having you in the mix, although I tried to keep up with you with younger legs and it was a struggle. Nowadays, I’d be outmatched.

And I saw another pair of wren88s! It's refreshing to see real skis in a sea of soul 7s.

Are there new rules on calling dibs on BG’s? Or was Flowing Alpy kidding around?

Is Flowing Alpy trying to get on a pair of 184 BG’s?

Based on some subtle statements in the chairlift banter... yes.
