It's a factory SBS length firearm, you file your tax stamp but still get to have possession of the gun until your tax stamp arrives. Then you can buy a stock.

I doubt they are legal in our neck of woods, Washington's definition of NFA items is tighter than US laws.

I have seen them in folders and M4 configuration but all breachers have the muzzle device to keep the crown from being damaged when busting off a dead bolt door or hinges.
