There was more snow than I expected on the trails today
Once I lost a bit of elevation things got better, just had to take it a little slow for awhile
Then I met some people and went to a few breweries.
Ride home was cold and wet.

Yea, practice run. Those jackets have been in our closets for almost 20 years and seen very little use. They were so awesome during the day, now they feel like Carhart pants. Fucking fantastic for cold muddy chairlift days though!
However many are in a shit ton.
Awesome ryan
Way to keep it going!
Funny how many of us moved here for the skiing but end up loving the mtb as much. Blasphemy perhaps but I am right there with you haha

Same here. In SLC the season is twice as long (year-round even with the easy half-day drive to St. George), but more importantly for me biking is just so much less conditions-dependent. I'm at a point in my life where with skiing it's hard to jump on it when conditions are prime. With biking as long as it's not currently raining you're golden, nothing is ever tracked out, and you never have to worry about dying in a fucking avalanche (#meadowskippingisboringasfuck).
Sick!
I heard that trail can be a bit spicy, you ride it on flats or clipped?
