Tom and Dave, at the bar on Sunday, declared the red chair will run 10 to 5 on Saturday only. I hope the snow holds up so they can see that through

Their last update had sunday dubbed "the last sunday of the season", i just wasnt sure if they meant friday of saturday but i can see clearly now

Passes for next year are on the agenda just after they make a decision for Saturday. So maybe Saturday but don't get your hopes up. Not sure. Could happen though.

Well shit man, what's it going to take for a yes? All we need is one to lock this bitch up and roll. Heady Toppers? Money? Prestigezzzz? Slope side accommodations??

There wouldn't be anything left on a lot of natural trails but the snowmaking ones were crazy fat last week. Trick to showoff would slay. Maybe a portage to red but who cares?

That picture remains one of my favorite Magic photos to date. That was my first season and first closing day at Magic. We were all hanging out on the deck wondering what the hell was taking you and bumpskier so long to finish your last run. That shot and the others from redline explained it all.

Edit: Actually, I've had that page of the 09/10 thread bookmarked for posterity.

Thanks man, it has always been special in my mind as well. That was a hell of a year! So much grass got it's face skied off... Hard to believe that was 5 years ago already! Nothing quite like waiting for the chair to stop and then skiing it from the top sans guilt. And snow. Lol.
