We're still debating going up. Anyone know how the mountain fared this week? Weather report looked like temps stayed above freezing most of the week, and it probably ra*ned a bit. If Trick > Showoff and Wiz > Talisman are still good to go, we'll probably head up late Friday night or early on Sat AM.

As long as my car continues to roll, I will be there.

Insane amounts of snow are still around. Tallybahn will be skiing all-time. Also the patch skiing on Upper & Sorcerer will be KILLER. I hope the sun hits Red enough to soften 'er up a bit too. Shit, even Goniff was looking fat from sunshine last weekend. I reckon she'll be just about perfect for the weekend. Blackline is going to be titties.

Bring the sunscreen boys and girls!!

Sounds good, thanks for the update. Just spoke to the Mrs and we're going to head up late night tomorrow & get in one more solid day before pulling the plug on the season and switching into spring mode. Putting away the ski gear & headed back to CT on Sunday AM. Still plan on doing a couple of Fridays @ K, but this will be the last weekend for the whole family.

While it's depressing to see the season end, I'm looking forward to not having to drive up & back every week and to actually spend some time at home on the weekend. We haven't spent a full weekend at home in CT since Dec. 13-14.

Awesome! Even Saturday will be a warm one, perhaps not as "brilliant" but warm and squishy nonetheless!

Awesome awesome day today. If you're on the fence about coming out tomorrow, just come. It's going to be a real good time. Coverage is killer, snow is soft, and the sun will be out.

Note: the sunshine corner party may change locations so stay flexible!

Hans Thorner didn't need a terrain park to get rad.

Saturday was such a blast! Great skiing on amazing coverage. Sunday is going to be soooo much fun.

I am hauling one of my rollup aluminum tables up to provide a base for cheese and charcuterie. After further consideration, I think Witch at the top of Goniff is perfect for a picnic gathering. Visible from the lift, relatively level and yet with a certain degree of gnar based on the effort required to get there and the available exit options.

We were inspired by you and had bought cheeses, assorted cured meats, crackers, carrots ,hummus, cantaloupe, and EL fudges (!) to share either on the deck or add to your table.

I have a set of old head womens 160 cm shaped rental skis with bindings, poles, and packed out head boots size 25.5 that we would love to stop lugging around.
Also have an old set of marker selective control bindings (in a bag with mess of parts) that I don't need.

Anyone want this stuff for free?

So is Magic opening Saturday? I was pretty much despondent that I couldn't come up on Sunday but work was crazy and parents were arriving.

No idea and sadly I don't even know how we'll find out until...well, Saturday probably.

Highly unlikely. We've lost a lot of snow and magic was looking very thin from across the basin last night.
