I was daydreaming about wizard being cut through to hocus pocus and connecting above the handle tow to the cut though back to the lift. You could still get to the lodge but could avoid the beginner area from the west side. But the bar and jump first of course.

It's amazing how fast some of those "features" pop up on you in flat light on whatever that trail is called.

    So, red lift til 5pm?

Black Line is what that's called. Technically lift tower bases aren't " features".

    YMMV

Diesel's not cheap DW, even the red stuff. Don't even get me started on OT pay.

DW and PJ09, please submit your competing proposals to management along with a ROI analysis of each project and a decision will be made.

One, or both of you will be shoveling.

Can you sculpt a unicorn bust on the end of the bar when you're done? Facing the sunset ?

If this is for real, I'm going to be so angry.

Of course it was. The one goddam weekend they pick to quietly show up, lol... Figures. Anyways, I'm putting together a killer fkn gaper day getup, I hope you sonsabitches are preparing to stick it huge on uphill ice. Last year's costumes sucked and that can't happen again. Toying with just going as Edward Growlerhands but I feel like that has a high potential for disaster.

Weather report looks kinda scary for this week & it's going to be hard to top a weekend like the one we just had. Groomers were skiing AWESOME, and the Mrs & I were able to take 10 runs from the top with our 5yo on Saturday, including his first time down Wizard! It was probably the best day I've ever had on skis.

I didn't have the heart to tell the poor kid that Wizard is a blue trail on the map... he was pretty excited about skiing a 'black diamond'.

I witnessed this 1st descent. Stuff legends are made of & clearly marked a BLACK DIAMOND. We go by trail signs for the sole "SOUL" reason there's only so few actually left.

That and the fact the Wizard Chute would be a double black diamond at our nearby competitors.

All sorts of milestones this weekend. How about a skier who logged 21 runs Saturday. That's nearly 5 hrs on the Red chair alone. Impressive chairlift endurance right there. Hopefully he's ok today. Probably seeing numbers & safety bars......

The Chute would be a permanent closure at O.

What date is Magic prospecting to close for the season?

This season has been the season that wasn't for me, which, at this point, I am done bitching about. At any rate, I am attempting schedule a spring day with the 3 year old.

I'd check the website. Ahahahahahahahaaaaa........ Ok really. Magic should be open for a few more weeks. As always, this time of year turns into a business decision. If you can guarantee 1-1/2 tickets maybe they can hold out a little longer.

    Sweet!

    Next JONG question:

Will the rope tow be operating this Sunday, 3/29?

I wish the website was more informative and I think my questions highlight the need for it to be.

Wife, yes she is real, and toddler are eyeballing Sunday as a possibility but only if rope tow is functioning

Otherwise, to Bromley we will go
