Hi everyone,
As some of you know, I am involved in cycling and enjoy the sport very much. This September I am participating in an event called the CCAP's VT50 Pro Experience hosted by CT Cycling Advancement Program (CCAP). Through the sport of cycling, the CCAP teaches youth and young adults a wealth of values, social skills and mindsets to help them become successful in all aspects of their lives.
As a participant of the CCAP's VT50 Pro Experience, I am fundraising to support youth and young adult programs that take place in CT's high schools and greater cycling community. I would be very grateful if you would consider making a donation to the CCAP in my behalf.
Giving is very easy. Simply click on my fundraising page address below to visit my page. You can read more about what we do here as well as make a secure donation online.
Thank you in advance for your support!

Yeah! So nice right now! Great ride in Stratham yesterday with some old friends. This is the perfect riding season before the leaves fall. Next four - six weeks will be great!
Building season is upon us as well. Still a few bugs when you're stationary too long, but I'm scouting a couple new lines and look forward to getting those going.
edit - hey Dunfee, finally hit your berm with speed and it was good fun!Nice work!

Yeah, it whips you around and then you're right into the left hander over the rock wall. Unfortunately, we had to lock 'em up about half way down once again due to hikers and dogs ascending.
The 'new' trail (once you top out on USA trail) is back up since the logging and is super fun. It was fun before, but it might be even better now. Only toward the end (in front of that house) it's a little bumpy still...from a skidder or something.
It's a start...
Free Downhill Mountain Biking October 11-13 in the Adventure Park
October 11-13, 2014 mountain bikers will have free lift access to a new downhill mountain bike trail in the Adventure Park at Mount Sunapee. The trail is approximately one mile long and is contoured with banked turns for a smooth, flowing ride to the bottom. Riders must bring a front-suspension or full-suspension mountain bike and a helmet. There are no rental bikes available. Riders need to check in at the Adventure Park Welcome Center. During the summer of 2015 Downhill Mountain Biking will be another activity offered in the Adventure Park. Next summer there will be three trails of varying degree of difficulty, full-suspension bike rentals and instruction. The Adventure Park is open weekends through Columbus Day. For more information call 603-763-3564.
Let me know if anyone wants to meet up to check it out. Could be a shit show, but it's free.
Sounds pretty cool! But I think the high speed downhill days are over for me. Dirt is not soft like powdah!
Started my new trail yesterday and worked it a little today. Stoked for this one...it will be nice and flowy downhill and then back up.
Wow, haha, everyone's pushing bike parks now. Anyone know what this trail is gonna be like?
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

Will be camping at highland this weekend. Hoping i have the balls to hit freebird and power hour. White/Green Urge Helmet and a Giant Glory. Ask for change if you're around.
I wear crocs for the style, not the comfort.
I had a real difficult time going to work today, its the quintessential perfect weather right now and just giving me flashbacks to awesome times at highland in the fall! I've got non-biking plans all weekend, otherwise I'd be up both days!
I need to get back on power hour, been a few years since I've scared myself on it, pretty sure I'd handle things a bit better now.
Hmmph. Twisting, bouncing, sliding down wet slimy granite slickrock wrecks can fuck you up kidzMy back is torqued and it fkn hurts
Was a fun ride though
