Did anyone make to Crystal today? Heard it was a CF on 410 and the Blvd. Worth a sick day tomorrow?

Yeah the drive sucked and the lines were long at times, but lordy crystal was deep. 25" at the GV stake and it sure felt like it (or more in the places that got windloaded yesterday). Staggered openings of 6 and northway kept the face shots coming every run of the day. The line on 6 was down to 12 minutes for a couple runs up until it closed for wind just before 2.
Crystal was really deep in am - 2ft up top of mid-low density snow in the right places. Super long lines, although expected considering the first real big storm of the year. Northway opened late and crowds were sparse by then. Definitely solidifying lower, but skiing was great all day. So many damned yuppies stopping in the middle of the access road to chain up, really unbelievable.
I'm trying to decide whether or not to go back up tomorrow too. What do you guys think chances are of southback being open?
So glad I took Iron Maiden's advice and ran to the hills after yesterday's big sportsball game. While the wind was blowing harder than ever, Stevens did not suck last night. Arrived in time to catch first chair on Skyline at the crack of 8:40pm with a belly full of bakery dinner and high spirits from a Hawks victory. Three laps in the 45+ mph winds were enough for me and I played in the nicely drifted-in and completely empty runs off of Tye Mill until close.
Dirtbagging is dirty, but also rewarding. Crawled out of the back of the car this morning in time to snag first chair on Skyline for the second time in twelve hours followed by first chair on 7th, a hat trick of untouched lines under Tye Mill and some sloppy seconds on the fringes of the backside. The lines on the backside before lunch drove me out Big Chief bowl into the trees where I found untracked lines until my legs gave out. A half hour of digging out later and I was on my way back down the recently reopened highway for a sunset arrival into the emerald city
Baker was great, drive not bad (slept in and probably missed the worst traffic, grabbed a front line parking spot at noon), lift lines were fine. Should be great tomorrow, still snowing at 3:30.

believe...
Raining like a motherfucker when I drove over Stevens this morning.
Absolutely fucking freaking awesome day at Crystal yesterday.... the stars aligned or something. No problems with lifts, traffic, lines or anything really.
Thursday and Friday were damn good fun too. Saturday's blow down was just silly although the skiing started to get kind of good late on.
Who has photos of the Class 3 "Shuksan Arm and vicinity" slides as mentioned on NWAC?
