    it's hilarious to look at the first few quiver pics of this thread (2003) and then look at the last few quiver pics... wow. it just makes me giddy for some reason...

    My S7's with dynafits are the skis I try to take touring whenever possible. They are so amazing at so many of the snow conditions you encounter with the exception of rock hard snow. The only limitation to them is, even with dynafit's , they are heavy. I'm pretty sure that the 188 is over 10 lbs. I feel like after about 2 hours of heading uphill a lighter setup pays off. Rossi needs to take the S7 for their backcountry lineup and lighten it for a truly amazing touring ski!!!!

    Thanks! Mot Gatehouse at Igneous did an outstanding job. He kept it for a couple of weeks to get the finishing right, and since I´m a retard when it comes to wood, I´m grateful for that.

    I had a few skis out to the shop so i thought i would line them up and snap a photo ...sooner or later the whole quiver might be ready for a pic ..but here we go left to right (speed quiver) back from getting bevels check and sidewalls pulled and shaped...and (fun quiver) back from a fresh wintersteiger microjet....all ready for the hot box !!!
