Perhaps you'd be more comfortable on epicski or Paula's Ski Lovers, AltaNancy.

That is sick, I would probably put Dukes on the Lhasha though, or the Dynastars or even the 4FRNT, good to have the option on one pair.

the ehps have naxos. not a huge fan of the naxos downhill performance, but i at least i can tour. i was considering dukes on the lhasas, but dukes are so pricey compared to what im used to paying for binders.

I haven't tried them yet. They were used when I bought them, and had a pair of holes that perfectly fit my bsl and a pair of bindings i had around.

EMR - What is it about the EHP that you are digging over the S7?? And even comparisons of the two to the 120s.

Damn EMR, with that quiver, you best be providing a lot more info in Tech Talk.

    Updates for 2009-10.

    Mine:

    190 Explosiv (well used...)
    190 Lotus 120
    193 Sanouk
    190 Explosiv (minty originals)
    190 Explosiv (ditto)
190 EHP (the VCT rebadged version)
    195 AK Rocket swallowtail
    193 Rocker
    190 Sumo
    186 Spatula

I'm also supposed to be getting some 09-10 185 Blizzard Zeus (tip rocker version), which will get Dukes. Hopefully arriving soon...

    Mrs. C.:

    173 Explosiv
    173 Explosiv (backups are nice)
    186 Spatula
    175 Sumo
    173 Havoc
    182 Czar

Dukes are on the Czars until Mrs. C. gets to ski them and decide whether she likes them; I used them last year for a BC ski, but they feel short and they're too heavy to haul uphill. If she likes them, they get alpine bindings. If not, gear swap.

El Chup, which do you prefer, and how do you choose which ski to tour on, the 120s or the sanouks?

A mighty fine quiver by the way! Man those wizards are beautiful.

    I have no idea...

I had 2 pairs of Dynafits and wanted something light to put them on. Bought the Lotus during the spring sale, and I had the Sanouks already, mounted with alpine bindings. I really like the Sanouk in pure fresh pow (and I wouldn't bring them out for, say, hardpack), and I had skins that fit the 130/110/120 sidecut, so they seemed like a good idea. Also, I figured the Dynafit bindings could hold up to some inbounds pow days.

Just looking at the Dynafits on your Sanouks. I have a pair I have been thinking of doing the same with. Do you recommend the setup for touring?

Don't know yet. I really like the Sanouks in fresh pow (previously mounted with alpine bindings), and since that's what I go BC for, it made sense to me. I also figured that the Dynafits would hold up OK for the occasional inbounds pow day on the Sanouks.

The Sanouks/Dynafit combination is a bit heavier than the Lotus/Dynafit, but the Sanouks are quite light for their size.
