The piston control was a completely overbuilt system designed to sell bindings to gapers in flatland ski shops(especially since the glide control did almost the exact same thing)

And to stir the pot even more, I think the 1300 is a better binding then the spherical 912/914 plastic bindings(especially the POS 912 Ti's). Is the 1300 as good as a 914 lab or 916 or the old turntable Looks? No way, but as someone who doesn't huck 60 feet to flat, the 1300 has worked fine for my purposes.
For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

I find it very funny how tiny the prophet 130's look next to the xxl's... (even though its probably just the angle)

My quiver from skiniest to fattest
    2005 175cm Fischer RC4 Worldcup RC + Tyrolia Power Select 112-66-97
    2005 175cm Fischer BigStix 7.6 + Tyrolia Power Select 115-76-100
    2006 177cm Volkl Mantra + Rossi Axial2 120's 133-96-116
    2008 191cm Scott P4 + Marker Duke 137-108-131
    2009 185cm Praxis Pow + Head Mojo 15 131-136-124

This gives me a quiver with no overlap. Haven't tried the RC4's or the Pow's yet, but hopefully will put them to good use in Utah, and Jay Peak. I picked up the RC4's for $40 at a swap a week ago. You can also see, that waistes increase with time. Funny how that happens.
Low post count because I'm too busy working and then skiing, but not neccessarily in that order.

My quiver makes me feel poor....oh yea, I am. Luckily I scored some major deals from Mike over @ Surface Skis.

There will be something else added by the end of the season I'm sure...

    Any suggestions?

I love how much bigger the 189 bents are than the 193 ehp's. Had no idea you were picking up the new ones ehps. They look sweet man, nice find.

Indeed. Tried to pick up the pilsner model, but turned out to be an impossible feat. got somewhat of a discount on this years and supplementing it with only eating PB&J and pasta for the last two months made it economically possible and worth it

I smell... OVERLAP!!!! Man, I DO NOT envy the decision you will have to make every morning on which ski to use. Glad everything worked out for you with the Protests. I think you owe me a sticker haha.

I thought AltaAndy was the dude who had something like 4 pairs of Spatulas... No?

Here's the current quiver. It's telewacktackular.

    Starting on the right:
    Fiance's Prophet 90s w/ BD O1s
    188 Stiff Bros with Switchbacks
    186 "Brocker" Lhasa Prototypes w/ BD O1s
    188 Megawatts w/ BD O1s
Maven Prototypes w/ Linkens (something like 189 or 191 in length, I forget what the protos were)

Got my first pair of home builts almost ready too. We'll see how they end up working out.

I think the Andy with 4 pairs of spats is the Andy from Peruvian, who also skis Alta, but I don't know his handle on here.

My tiny titan EC army! Could have had a few more in here if I was going for "every ski I've ever owned" but I'll just snap the three I actually pick from.

    L to R
    160 K2 T:Nine Burnin' Luv / 115.68.99 / Salomon S810Ti
    163 K2 Misdemeanor / 113.80.104 / Rossignol Saphir 95
    176 Volkl Kiku / 133.105.124 / Look PX Ti12
    Tecnica Attiva Flame

    And in front...
    65 lb Shep/Rottie Stashamus
"Oh hey mom, were you...doing something over here?"
I may have slept with you last night, but that doesn't mean I'll ski with you today.
