Sorry I missed this. The Dude is a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. Really close to a Berner though. Short hair and a bit bigger.

He's a big dude but he'll definitely get bigger. Our oldest swissy didn't top out til he was 4 (almost 140lbs). Probably won't get much taller, but he'll definitely fill out quite a bit in the chest (and head if he's not fixed). Fun, fun dogs!
