The s7 is a lot turner then the Billy Goat (that one your talking about), The Billy Goat is much more stable, especially at speed since the tips don't flap around. 140-115-120 I think are the dimensions. 23m turning radius? not 100% sure. 186cm (true length), 25cm of tip rocker 15 in the tail.

    Hey Scotia902
What are your thoughts on the Wailers 95's as an everyday ski
    sick quiver by the way.

I seem to be one of the few people that have the Wailer 95; most have the 105's. For me, the 95's are my go-to ski for everyday frontside riding. I don't need any GS racing ski in my quiver for those hardpack days - these things handle like they're on rails and once you put them on edge they just want to accelerate to warp speed...even at 175cm length, these things are rockets.

Towards the end of the day when things get bumpy, they do get knocked around a bit probably due to their shorter length and stiffness. I found the trick was not to hesitate in the backseat, and just go for it and let them rip - you'll soon get confident in what they can do.

I used them cat skiing in knee deep / thigh powder and they performed fine, but obviously they're more work than using a fatter ski and not quite as fun in those conditions.

If I was going to use them for touring, I would probably have gone for the 105 as it offers more float and has a slight tip rocker. But I purchased the 95's for purely front side resort riding. I would definitely like to try the 105s to see how they compare.

    Working on it!

Just got my first pair of skis, second hand with some old school steeze.

Salomon Pocket Rockets w/ s912 bindings, pretty stoked about them.

Im officially in love with the spatulas though guessing that theyre no longer made? Anyone want to sell me some?

"Hey everyone, come see how good I look!"

I was waxing my skis the other day, this is the only picture I have of them. Not the best set up to wax with but it works for an apartment. Purl wax rocks by the way.

    Volant Machete Soul 175cm
    Dynastar Trouble Makers 182cm

    (need advise on this one)
Thinking on adding either Volkl Mantra's in 184 or 191 length or Dynastar Legend Pro Riders in 184 or 190. I'm 6ft a bit over 250. I got to get back on my bike.

Love em - I guess the smallest there is the tahoe at 96 underfoot and those things rip - I can't imagine I would want anything smaller
