A lot would have to do with where the surf shop is. If it is in Portland...pass. If it is a cool location, and you really get to manage it, and are paid as such (if the shop does well, you do well), then option 2 is a good one. Option 3 is good, but becasue it leaves you with a lot of options, and if something great comes along you can take it, If not, you are in the same place you are now, poorer in cash, but richer in experience, and had a good time doing it.
As for #1, I have never worked in a cubicle, but it must be hell. I am sure I would have a price that would make me doing, but it would have to be hella high.
So in other words; bad choice.
