    ya, today was FUCKING AWESOME!

the thing for me that was so fun was that the base is now deep and things are so filled in the mountain looks completely different (in a good way).

Lexi- we took the traverse all the way over. We were about 20 people back in the pain train, but you guys were gone by the time we got up there. That was our last run... completely untouched but really weird grabby windbuff under the blower. Kept wanting to throw me over the bars.

    Fun day.

Xtra, once we saw that the NW sign said open we headed up to hidden in hopes of hitting that upper traverse over to northwest. Once we got there, all the gates said it was closed and that was on every traverse. Did you guys poach it? We skied the apron and it kinda sucked. I did see a guy get bucked pretty hard on NW though. Probably that layer underneath. Did a full frontflip when his tips caught, it looked like. He either had red or blue bases on his skis...

Other than that, it was a beautiful day yesterday, and couldnt have been better for the memorial service. I actually met mypetpowdergoat right above the traverse to apron/bgully. We skied half a line down the that traverse. It was the best of the day, face shots in absolute blower. The guy rips and that was cool to meet another mag. I figured he might post on TGR after seeing his praxis. Second time that has happened at bridger.

I have a video or two that I will get around to posting later...

D-route opened up today...still plenty of fresh over there if you look for it. Brain damage is skiing nice right now as well.

Droute... I will have to get over there tomorrow. I'll be there hopefully at nine if anyone wants to go for a hike. Look for a white helmet with a new change for a nickel sticker!

ME! Busting my ass with my heels flipping.
Had the two worst wipeouts of the season yesterday with pickles. The first one in avy gully was the ugliest ever. Had to guzzle some pills for that.
That's funny, ones blue and ones red, bros.
I haven't done any full flips this year till then.
    I tumble with style however.

Thats hilarious, can't believe you guys saw the whole thing... plus the whole red and blue bases. I had to tailgun to keep from faceplanting.

The beater in avy gully was great.

me: Uh, can you get through this line?
Lobstah: Yeah, over toward the right there's a cliff, but you can straight line this
me: I'm going to ski around because I'm a pansy
me: exit stage left, ski to a stop next to the exit of the chute.

    Fast forward

cue Lobstah entering stage left via the straight line while ducking under a tree in the middle of the line

    Lobstah: Shhhiittttttt

cue hilarity as he hits a swale perpendicular to the fall line and covered in 8" of blower.... flying through the air looking like he's doing the sit n' reach in gym class with atomic bomb like explosion of snow around him. The portuguese judge gave him a 9.5 for the back flop with bases pointing to the sky.

    It was a good day

That was a great day up there, I was hitting dick deeps even with the praxis.\
I love the scene at Bridger. 100 of your best friends, everyone has gear, is stoked, rips and has zero 'tude.

Shit, a patroller actually took my skis up! thought they only offered that service 2 cute girls ...prolly just felt sorry 4 me, as I'm trying 2 weild 195 reverse camber skis over my shoulder...

Cool meeting Single, after seeing him fly up the hike I know how he got his name

my sis lives in the booze, so I head up a couple times a season. hit up BS too.

next time I'm up there I will put out some "fair warning". I would love 2 ski and drink some good MT beers with the gallatin-bridger crew

    peace & pow,

    Tob

Hey, My Pet. I saw you up there at the top of the hike looking like you got hit by a train. Those 195's looked pretty sick.

You guys have got a great little spot there. I made it up on Thursday for some leftovers....just kind of explored all day. Found some untracked still off the ridge, some soft stuff in the trees.... Stoked to get back.

SkiPig, I'm fairly hard to miss. Fat dude wearing a blue Arcteryx jacket, black-ish pants, and usually skiing on some sort of K2s (tomorrow either on Pontoons or Kahunas, not sure). Have a black G10mx helmet with lots of Powder, an I heart my wiener dog, and a 'PM' sticker on it. Smith z-bends which may be beat to shit (I have a couple pair).

Oh and I ski slow and have to suck wind a lot. The whole fat thing.

Radios to 4.21 - I'm usually on that freq, my cell phone doesn't work up at Bridger...

I'm VERY difficult to miss. Orange pants and neon green jacket, white G10, skiing on Surface Live lifes. I'm that annoying 19 year old kid that jumps off everything and takes it switch to the road. you will probably see me eat shit multiple times.
