Good to see you up there today, Lexi-Bell, if only briefly. You get a hike or two in?

I only got a fingers hike in today and it was pre-schralped by the time I arrived. Oh well, what can you do?

The word was 14" in 24 hours.

Conditions are still a little sketch. I hit a rock coming out the whirlpools, both skis came to a dead stop and I double heel ejected. Flying through the air all I could think was "damn, my feet stopped quick, must be some crazy damage to the bro's". 22 feet and one laid out front flip later I landed on my ass and looked back uphill. Skis perfectly on the rock, stopped dead in their tracks. A scuff on both bases was all they suffered.

Less of the warning, more of the pow, right?

Did two quick hikes up the fingers around 10am. On the first we headed all the way up to the gate and took the meadow back down to the 2nd finger. Untouched. Lobstah dropped first and hooted and hollered the whole way down. When he asked if Lexi and I heard him, the response was "I think they heard you over on the Bridger lift". The excitement was infectious.

On the second lap we went straight back to the 2nd. The only tracks were our own. Bridger at 11am on a friday, full of people and the only tracks were our own....

Things are filling in nicely up there. I already put the rock skis away. It may have been premature, but I haven't been sorry yet. It wasn't this good until the second week of February last year. I'll try to remember the camera one of these days.

How long ago was that photo taken?

Don't know Skidlux or BVA, but I knew Lauren through Joy and the Northern Lights crew. One of my climbing partners was Joy's boyfriend Will.

I thought I ran into Clubber about a month ago ...

Isn't that big Matt and Brit to Lauren's left in that dirtbag ball photo? I'm pretty sure I remember parts of that night.

Hey, where did the snow go??? Lots of windloading going on. Be careful out there. Today was a not so good day for turns but sledding in was fun.

Baby Jeebus is sad, was it that windy? Wow mtcham, I would have expected more snow back there by now. Where did you ski? Looks like it might have been deep enough back in the head of the basin?

I think I might have rode the bridger lift today with that guy in the vest. Left side, top row, third in... I think he had a red pair of heads.

Today wasnt too bad. There were still soft spots if you looked for them. This isnt me, or anyone i know probably. I just caught this from the PK lift. Coming out of nasal cavity...

    BUT....

    The minnesotans are coming.

Got some, much more than 17 top of Bridger. Waist deep up high, super-smoky-poodery-gnar-blower. Hope you heal up quick MT, this year is kickin ass!
